1. Service Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by the Client

  • You may request to cancel a service by emailing us at support@isywebs.com

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a partial deduction based on the work already initiated or completed.

  • Projects in final stages of development, design, or execution cannot be canceled.

b. Cancellation by ISYWebs

We reserve the right to cancel a project due to:

  • Non-cooperation or communication delays from the client

  • Non-payment or payment disputes

  • Incomplete project brief or violation of our terms of service

In such cases, a partial refund may be offered depending on the work done.
2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services (time-bound and labor-intensive), we follow a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced. However, we do offer limited refunds under the following conditions:

a. Eligibility for Refunds

  • If the project is canceled within 24 hours of payment and before work has started.

  • If ISYWebs is unable to deliver the project due to unforeseen internal issues.

  • In case of double payment or overpayment, refunds will be issued after verification.

b. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Change of mind after work has started.

    • Delays caused by client-side feedback, input, or approvals.

    • Project completion delays due to client-requested changes or scope modifications.

    • SEO, Ads, or Marketing campaign results that don’t match expectations (as performance depends on many external factors).

    • Any service labeled as non-refundable during onboarding or proposal phase.

3. Mode of Refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

4. Dispute Resolution
